Workin hard...or hardly workin?

2003-03-17 - 9:10 a.m.

so we're at work saturday night/sunday mornin and our game plan was to knock out as much stuff as we could as fast as we could..then pretty much sleep or goof off the rest of the night...we started work about 10 o'clock. by "started work at about ten o'clock" i mean "showed up at ten and stood around in the parkin lot eatin dunkin donut holes and UTZ chips till 11"...at which point we decided we needed a well deserved break from that long walk inside...so we wander up to the cafeteria and get some drinks..and by "get some drinks" i mean "bust into the cafeteria and drink and eat whatever we could get our grubby lil hands on".....so after our quick 1 hour break we actually got to work...dave and i worked together and ed and jb formed the other team...we were constantly in radio communication with eachother cuz u never know when somethin important might come up...u know...like findin somebodys desk with a big ass jar of candy on it with a sign that says "my owner is a fat ass!...u should eat this candy to help him lose weight"...so bein the helpful kinda guys that we are...we obliged AALMALGUHARABBAROOOOO ...and it was good...even with all this goofin around and such we actually managed to get twice the work done as we had originally scheduled...only a crew THIS badass could pull it off..so to celebrate we all went back to the cafeteria eating area, claimed our own spots on the lonnnng bench and pretty much zonked out at about 3:30am...about 5:30am all of our radios start squawkin with the voice of our boss sayin that the generator people have finished and to go ahead and get our tools and supplies together and come on down...i believe dave said somethin like "10-4 steve, just finishin up here on the second floor and we'll wrap it up"..yeah..finishin wipin the drool off his face..hahaha..we all had messed up hair and creases in our faces...and as the tradition, steve took us to IHOP for breakfast so we finally got out of there about 7:30...it was all good

now i must take the time to say that "Salma Hayek is one of THE finest women i have ever laid eyes on." i taped saturday night live since she was the host and mannnnnnn is she beautiful...she has the ass that j-lo should have had..the chest my hands should have and an accent to die for...and shes married to that geeky edward norton...am i mad?? hell no..it means there is hope for ME!! hahahaha...that lucky bastard...speakin of lucky bastards..i work 11-midnight this week babysittin the duct cleanin contractors again...so basically from 3 till midnight i'll be playin PS2 and gettin 4-5 hours of overtime a night...then on saturday i work another 12 hours..wow..lemme add all that up....wow..depending on how much overtime i get..i could make anywhere between 800-1100 bux of overtime for this pay period...too bad uncle sam is just gonna rape me on that....ugh...who asked him to be my uncle anyway??
