excellent song...well..if u like my kinda music..if you dont, then it'll prolly suck ass...so yeah..thats my track of the day...im not sure i really understand weather patterns..how is it, that for three days, it was BEAUTIFUL, warm (bordering on hot) and sunny..then today it drops down more than 40 degrees from yesterday? that makes NO sense..and is totally unfair...crackboy is a summer person...he was born in kansas and spent his young years growing up in the sweltering dry heat of the midwest...and he does not LIKE cold weather..

so we (brian and i) are playin Gran Turismo and im showin him the nuances of proper driving technique...how to drift the back end thru a corner by tapping the brakes to shift the weight forward..then liftin off the gas to let the back end drift around and all that good stuff...but ANYwayz...so i did a few laps on this one track in the fastest car i have and i ended up beating the previous fastest lap time by two hundredths of a second...the WEIRD part is...i set THAT record exactly one year ago to the day...yup..april 17th, 2002..im like..whoa...and i got all freeked out and hid in the closet with my stuffed monkey with the missing eyeball....but im ok now..i SWEAR! lol..actually i just said "wow..thats weird as hell" then i got a juice....but the monkey with the missing eyeball was SO much better to read about...

ok..this song is gettin me all hyped up to go work out...so now i must go beat my body into submission..."pain is weakness leaving the body...so lemme kick yer ass and help you out" i should make a t-shirt outta that...LOL
