i did it all for the cookie..yeah..the cookie!

2003-05-01 - 9:00 p.m.

i am a walking paradox...or just incredibly stupid...i'll go with paradox and most of you will pick incredibly stupid...the reason i say this is my eating and excercise habits crack me up...i ride a lot of miles on my bike...i push myself to muscle failure on the weight bench...only to turn around and eat (this is today..over the course of about 11 hrs) ham egg and cheese croissant, large glass of water and a dougnut...then i had 3 chocolate chip cookies and milk for a snack...for lunch i had a sourdough bacon cheeseburger meal from burger king with a coke and dutch apple pie...for dinner i had 5 hotdogs, 3 helpings of fruit salad, 2 helpings of potatos au'gratin...or whatever..with cheese...and i lost count of the homemade chocolate chip cookies i had (all over at moms house)...so yeah...thats why i work out so hard...not to please the women of diaryland...but so i can eat whatever the hell i want to...WHAHOOOOOOOOO...and yes i am still eating cookies...allgh..must go find milk...and for the record i averaged 22.5mph on the way to work today..that is SMOKIN...man..speakin of smokin...i think imma need to stay REAL close to a bathroom tomorrow...hahahaha
